- We changed our name from Callback to Boldcall. Same company, same rules, same data.
- Sides are now For sure and Nope.
- Privacy policy: added looking around without an account, stats that stay on your phone, the companies we plan to use, a full "how long we keep it" table, and 45-day response times (we try for 30).
- Terms: added app store terms, a 30-day "let's sort it out" step before court, small claims court as an option, and 14 days' notice for big changes.
- New pages: US state privacy notice, cookies and storage, delete your account, copyright, trademarks, how results work, election rules, teens and parents, and AI at Boldcall.
- Rewrote every page in plain English.
